About
Built around how German recruiters actually hire
Net Framework is an employment consulting practice in Hamburg. We rewrite LinkedIn and XING profiles so candidates are easier to shortlist — without turning career history into marketing copy.
Origin
Net Framework started after years of watching strong candidates lose interviews before the first call — not because of weak experience, but because LinkedIn headlines repeated job titles and XING profiles still mirrored outdated Lebensläufe. German recruiters screen fast. Profiles that ignore that rhythm get skipped.
We work from Hamburg, with remote sessions across Germany. The practice stays deliberately narrow: LinkedIn and XING presentation for people in an active or planned job search. We are not a general outplacement bureau and we do not run applicant tracking software.
How we work
Every engagement begins with your target roles, preferred locations, and both profile URLs. We read the profiles the way a Personalvermittler would on a Tuesday afternoon — preview card first, then About, then the top experience entries. Drafts stay factual. We will push back if asked to invent certifications or inflate titles.
Clients leave with wording they can defend in an interview, plus a short checklist for keeping both networks aligned when a new project or role lands.
Values that show up in the drafts
- Honesty over hype — career gaps and changes are framed, not erased.
- German market literacy — vocabulary, language signals, and channel choice (LinkedIn vs XING) match how your field hires here.
- Candidate ownership — you approve every line before it goes live.
