Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we process it, and the rights you have under applicable German and EU rules.

Data controller

Net Framework, WaßmannsdorferChaussee4021037HamburgAllermöheHamburgGermany, email hello@netframework.digital, phone +49040232070, is the controller for personal data collected through this website and related consulting correspondence.

Data we collect

  • Contact form submissions: name, email, consultation interest, network preference, and message content
  • Email or phone correspondence you initiate
  • Profile URLs or screenshots you voluntarily share for a review
  • Technical logs reasonably required to operate the site (for example IP address in server logs)
  • Cookie-related preferences stored in your browser when you accept or reject non-essential cookies

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request and, where you book work, to deliver LinkedIn and XING consulting (performance of pre-contractual steps or a contract). Site security logs rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Non-essential analytics cookies run only with consent.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiry messages are typically deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Engagement files are retained as required for accounting and legal defence, usually up to ten years for billing records under German commercial rules, and shorter for working drafts once the project closes unless you ask us to keep reference copies.

Recipients and international transfers

Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under contracts. If a provider stores data outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
