Acceptance
By using https://netframework.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Booking a consultation creates a separate service agreement confirmed by email, which may add project-specific conditions.
Services described
Net Framework provides employment consulting focused on LinkedIn and XING profile optimization for candidates engaging with German recruiters. Descriptions of consultations, timelines, and starting prices on this site are informational. A binding scope and fee are confirmed in writing before work begins. This site does not process payments.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to Net Framework. Draft profile wording produced for a client becomes the client’s to publish on their own LinkedIn and XING accounts after full payment for that engagement. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission.
Client responsibilities
You confirm that information you supply about roles, dates, qualifications, and language skills is accurate. We do not verify credentials with third parties. Publishing false claims on professional networks remains your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
We provide profile consulting; we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or recruiter response volume. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Net Framework is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from consulting outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where such limitation is prohibited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Hamburg have jurisdiction for disputes arising from business use of this site, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to your place of residence.
