Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how far the consultation has progressed. Deposits and fees are tied to scheduled time and drafted work, not to recruiter outcomes.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be sent to hello@netframework.digital within 14 days of the charge you dispute, and before final drafts are approved whenever possible.

Full refund

If you cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled intake call and no written audit or rewrite work has started, we refund payments received for that engagement in full.

Partial refund

If intake is complete and drafting has begun but you have not approved final wording, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent, documented at our standard project rate. Partial refunds are assessed case by case and confirmed in writing.

Non-refundable items

• Completed written audits already delivered
• Approved final profile copy for LinkedIn or XING
• Stewardship months already started
• Third-party costs you asked us to arrange (for example a portrait photographer), once booked

Work already started

Once draft sections exist in a shared document, that portion of the fee is earned. Cancelling mid-rewrite does not entitle you to keep unpaid drafts for use without settling the earned portion.

Deposits

Rewrite engagements may require a deposit to reserve calendar time. Deposits are applied to the final fee. They are refundable under the full-refund rule above; otherwise they cover preparation and reserved slots.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule an intake or review call once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may forfeit that session slot without a fee reduction. We will offer a new time when capacity allows.

No-shows

If you miss a booked call without notice, the session counts as delivered for scheduling purposes. A replacement call may be arranged at our discretion.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. This policy does not cover products, shipping, or software subscriptions because Net Framework does not sell those.
